Today, on October 24th, a new Ukrainian record was set – the first collective graduation of female excavator operators in Ukraine, who received dual education in a training camp.
The achievement was initiated by Julia Skichko, head of the "School of Construction Equipment Operators" and owner of the "ALEF STROI" company, in collaboration with Nemishaivskyi Vocational College and the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
The "Alef Stroi" School of Construction Equipment Operators is a unique institution that retrains women for non-traditional professions, such as excavator operators, thereby breaking down the barriers of gender stereotypes.
The record holders were congratulated by Hanna Krysiuk, General Director of the World Record Book, along with record holder and Secretary of the Irpin City Council, Angela Makeeva.

Ms. Hanna wished the record holders even more graduates from such a unique school, and thanked the organizers for their powerful initiative, as supporting Ukraine's economic development through the implementation of such projects is a key driver toward victory!
The event also honored the partners who supported the realization of this extraordinary school – the USAID "Competitive Economy Program of Ukraine" and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
