The school aims to prepare 75 participants without prior experience operating machinery such as excavators and loaders. The initiative is primarily focused on supporting women’s professional development in the construction industry.
Currently, 15 participants have already successfully completed the course, and the second group is in training. After the announcement of the program’s launch in June, 267 applications were submitted, of which 151 were from women.

The results of the selection for the third group will be announced on November 8, and the training will run from November to December 2024.
